1. Scope of service
We provide point-to-point private cross-border transfers across Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau, priced per vehicle, never shared. Each vehicle carries up to 6 passengers excluding the driver. Seven or more passengers, or luggage beyond the vehicle's capacity, requires a larger vehicle arranged separately by our team. We do not offer self-drive rental or long-term dedicated drivers.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices and are not a binding offer. The final price is the one our team gives you after confirming your exact addresses, timing, passenger count and luggage. A deposit confirms the vehicle and driver; the balance is collected after pick-up. Additional charges (night, public holiday, extra stops, waiting time, certain Hong Kong districts) are included in the final price as confirmed by our team.
3. Changes and cancellation
Tell us in the group chat as early as you can if anything changes. The closer to departure, the less room there is to adjust. If you cancel after a vehicle has been dispatched or the driver has arrived, the deposit may not be fully refundable, depending on the costs actually incurred that day. For changes caused by flight delays, weather or temporary border restrictions we will do our best to re-arrange at no extra dispatch fee, though waiting beyond the free allowance is charged as waiting time.
4. Luggage and passengers
Please tell us the true passenger count and the number and size of bags when asking for a price. If the actual party or luggage exceeds the capacity of the vehicle quoted, we may be unable to carry you and the deposit is not refunded. Passengers are responsible for holding valid travel documents and endorsements; if you cannot cross the border because of a document problem, the trip is treated as performed. Do not carry anything prohibited or restricted by law.
5. Border crossing
The crossing procedure is set by that day's port rules and on-site arrangements, which are not ours to control. We do not promise that you will never leave the vehicle, or that luggage will always stay on board. The driver assists at the border but cannot process documents for you or speed up inspection.
6. Limitation of liability
Vehicles are insured as required by local law. Where force majeure — weather, traffic control, border closure, public emergencies — causes delay or cancellation, we will re-arrange the trip or refund the part not performed. We are not liable for consequential loss such as missed flights, missed ferries, hotel or itinerary costs. Please decide for yourself whether you want travel insurance. We will help look for items left in the vehicle but are not responsible for their safekeeping.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where the trip is performed. If the terms change, the version published on this page applies. If anything here is unclear, ask our team directly.
