Are the prices on this site final?

No. They are indicative starting prices. The final price is confirmed by our team based on your exact addresses, timing, passengers and luggage.

Do we have to get out of the car at the border?

At Shenzhen Bay passengers normally get out while luggage usually stays in the vehicle. At Huanggang and the Zhuhai ports both passengers and luggage must be taken through. The final procedure depends on that day's port rules — we do not promise otherwise in advance.

How many people fit in a 7-seater?

Accepted Answer

Up to 6 passengers, excluding the driver. How much luggage fits depends on the passenger count, the size of the cases and the vehicle assigned that day, so we do not publish a fixed number. Tell us the passenger count and how many large and small bags you have, and we confirm it fits before quoting. Seven passengers cannot travel in a 7-seater — please contact us for a larger vehicle.

When do surcharges apply?

Pick-up between 00:00 and 07:00 adds ¥100. Hong Kong Island adds ¥100; The Peak and Barker Road ¥150; Repulse Bay and Deep Water Bay ¥150; Stanley ¥200. National Day adds ¥100 and Lunar New Year ¥100–200. Extra stops add ¥50 within the same district, ¥100 across districts.

Question 5

What if my flight is delayed?

Airport pick-ups are timed from actual arrival. Hong Kong and Shenzhen airports include 90 minutes of free waiting, other airports 60 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is ¥200 per hour started.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

A deposit confirms the booking and opens the group chat. The balance is collected privately by our team after pick-up — never handed to the driver.

Question 7

Can one vehicle take us all the way to Macau?

Accepted Answer

There is a transfer option and a single-vehicle through option. Whether one vehicle can go the whole way depends on that day's permits and dispatch, so it is confirmed case by case.

Question 8

Can you take a last-minute booking?

Accepted Answer

Trips less than 2 hours before pick-up need a dispatch check first. We cannot guarantee a vehicle.
